And all this time I thought that was Bill in drag trying to scam a few extra bucks on the side in never-ending unemployment bennies... Maybe he should go for Leslie's former 'unofficial' line of work in, uh, 'distribution services', it would pay much better, at least better than his other gig at the Port Authority, similar to Leslie in facials (er, getting, not giving...).
