Don Imus has been fired from CBS Radio, and he is officially off radio and TV now. With this firing, Imus will no longer will be heard locally in the NY area on WFAN or any of the affiliates.

In the middle of a telethon to raise money for sick kids. For saying something that he'd be able to say with no repercussions if his skin was the same color as the people he was mocking. I am building a rocket and moving someplace sane. P.S. How is this any different than the Danish cartoon crap? How is this not the same sort of bullying thug tactics? I'd like somebody to explain that to me. This should be an outrage to anybody who wants to be able to use humor in the public square. It doesn't matter if you think it was funny or not.
